Motto:
Bring back your own pictures/paintings of the places that inspired you and touched your heart . The aim of this course is not to make you professional painters, more likely on your next trip you will pack not only your camera but also sheets of drawing paper and watercolor paints. The pictures/paintings together with southern sun and salty sea air tend to be the best memories of the time spent on vacation

Program - landscape as a feeling:
This course is aimed at laymen, beginners and advanced. Individual approach enables all the participants to find their own way of artistic expression of a given theme within the framework of watercolor painting. The program includes 4 hours of painting each day. The “wet watercolor paper” technique is mostly used but also in combination with other techniques. With regard to contents, the course does not focus on classical disciplines such as composition, perspective etc. (but it does not avoid them either). It addresses the emotional aspect of the depiction of a given theme.

Painting tools:
Watercolors (ideally Czech in cubes, or Russian). It is possible to use children’s watercolors, but they don’t have the desired quality. It is possible to use acrylic and/or oil paints instead. Paintbrushes (flat 20, 10, 5, 2 mm, thin 0-1 mm), drawing paper or watercolor paper – minimum A3 format, easel (not required but is an advantage), Chinese ink, pen, pastels, Scotch tape, drawing pad – min A3 format, folder, water container .

Accommodation:
The island of Murter in Central Dalmatia

Apartments:
- Traditional accommodation in private apartments for 2 or 4 persons. It ensures a tranquil and comfortable stay. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and a terrace. The accommodation is located either directly by the sea or not farther than 200 m. Catering: self-catering, availability of half board (13 Eur/person/day) or full board (16 Eur/person/day)
Price:
Accommodation - 4 bed apartment - 350,- Eur , 3 bed apartment - 380,- Eur, 2 bed apartment - 410,- Eur (price per person) Children aged 10 to 15 must be accompanied by parents - 15% discount. Prices have been set for 1 person provided that the apartment is fully occupied. The price includes accommodation for 7 nights, services provided by the tour guide, transportation, course fee. The price does not include hotel tax (around 250 CZK/ person /week) It is possible to bring your family members or friends without having to participate in the painting course. In that case 70 Eur will be deducted from the price of the trip .

Conditions:
Deposit has to be paid at the latest on March 30. The rest of the payment until April 10. After April 10 a 10% surcharge will be added to the price of the trip .(the autumn term of the trip reflects the conditions of the travel agency as well).Late cancellation of the trip is subject to the usual cancellation fees, which can go up to 100% of the total price of the trip. The minimum number of participants is 7.
